Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the IHYC App. By using the app, you agree to these terms. If you are using the app on behalf of a camp, church, team, or organization, you represent that you are authorized to do so.

Use of the App

The app is provided to support camp registration, team management, scheduling, lodging, scripture tracking, scoring, dashboards, and related administrative workflows. You agree to use the app only for lawful camp and ministry operations and in a way that does not interfere with other users or the security of the service.

Accounts and Access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and access links. You should only grant access to people who are authorized to view or manage the information available through that account, dashboard, or link.

Submitted Information

You are responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of information submitted through the app. Do not upload or submit content that you do not have permission to provide, or content that is unlawful, harmful, or misleading.

Availability and Changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the app as needed for maintenance, security, or product improvement. We may also update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.

Our Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, and protected when you use the app.
